No, you don’t need pre-existing ad units/creative assets to work with us. If you have creative assets great! We can use them as is, make improvements, or even create new ones from scratch. Creative assets are priced a la carte, as they are not included in your monthly subscription.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with your service?
If you’re not satisfied with our service, no worries. We run on a performance-based retention model, meaning our clients stick around because they love the results we deliver.
But if it’s not hitting the mark for you, you’re free to pause or cancel anytime. We’ll promptly return a pro-rated refund based on the proportion of the service used. Your happiness matters to us.
